Off the Leash Modern Pet Provisions in Glendale, CA

Love this place! My dog was having anxiety issues, so I went here to try and get her something that could calm her quickly. The guys there were indispensably helpful. They walked me through different options, the pros and cons of each, and other people’s experiences with certain products. The one I landed on based on their help did the trick. Within 30 min of using the calming oil they recommended, my dog was back to her normal self without having to use something that would fully sedate her. I’m so grateful for their help!

I love coming to Off the Leash! I’ve been coming here since they opened, I always feel so welcomed here. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. They take their time to listen to your concerns and provide great suggestions. They have such an amazing selection of all different kinds of cat foods for cats—wet/dry/raw which I love. They have a wide variety of litters to try. What I love most about OTL is that they genuinely care about their customers and their fur babies. They’re my go to store! They are just AMAZING! Really great place for pet lovers. I had the opportunity to meet them a year ago and I loved the experience from day one. Iván, Jenna and Janiese are very professional, friendly and know a lot about pets and everything that their care and maintenance require. My favorite pet store. Not only do they carry Dandylion products, but a whole host of great products geared towards those who are health conscious. If you are the type to screen ingredients in your food and products, this is the shop for you. Each and every associate I’ve spoken to is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I’ve been considering switching my dog’s food and have found the process a bit overwhelming. Not only was I given options and honest information about each potential food option, I was also sent home with several samples to make sure my dog would find something she was happy with. This is shop and their philosophy is very much everything my household is in alignment with. I’m glad we can extend that over to our dog and also support our local businesses as well. Happy to come back as they carry my dog’s favorite brands (Dandylion grooming products, Skouts Honor) and our new favorite Goat Whip.
